Jade Esteban Estrada met Charo backstage in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1998. She told him, "you are a mean dancer." He told her that he had several sequence shirts and that he was available to work that night. A match made in heaven, he later became chief choreographer and lead dancer for her shows in Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
