Latin pop artist Jade Esteban Estrada has become a favorite headliner for Pride

concerts around the country.

The native of Texas brings his singing and dancing routine to Central New York Pride 2000 celebration at 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the plaza outside Everson Museum in Syracuse. There's no admission charge.

It's part of a tour that will see Estrada headline shows in Queens, Utica, San Francisco, Los Angeles and St. Louis as well as Caracas and Valencia, Venezuela.

"Jade is truly an amazing man. This young star is rising and destined for greatness," says Hola Magazine.

To hear a song from Estrada, call NewsLine at 472-2111. Once connected, punch in T-U-N-E (8863). That will get you Mark Bialczak's daily "Music Notes" feature.

     Today's tune is "Reggae Twist."
